Comprehensive Printing Solutions (Expert Craftsmanship)
I don’t want to just describe our workflow or say “the quality is great.”
I want to walk you through our end-to-end quality inspection process.
1. (IQC) | Dedicated Inspector
Verify fabric batch numbers, color codes, defects, and shrinkage; verify logos and specifications for trims; immediately isolate defective items.
2. Cut-piece Inspection
Reject cut pieces with holes, color discrepancies, or stains; ensure defective items do not enter the sewing process.
3. IPQC | Assembly Line Patrol Inspectors
Mass production begins only after the first sample from the production run is confirmed to meet standards;

4. Quality Control Supervisor
Once production reaches the halfway point, conduct cross-size and cross-color sampling to proactively identify potential batch defects.

5. Final Inspection [100% Every Piece]
Check for loose threads, holes, oil stains, and printed or embroidered details; measure each piece individually. Isolate defective items for repair, followed by a secondary re-inspection after repair.
6. (FQC) | Supervised by the Manager
Conduct random inspections of multiple colors and sizes according to AQL standards.
